By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on niceph21, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. 3.1 Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the niceph21 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. niceph21 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify niceph21 immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security.
3.5 niceph21 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents before withdrawals are processed.
4.1 niceph21 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted.
4.2 All transactions on the niceph21 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the niceph21 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.4 niceph21 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within two (2) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times are targets and not guarantees.
4.5 niceph21 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
4.6 The following payment methods are not accepted on the niceph21 Platform: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset), and credit card gambling deposits, which are prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations.
5.1 niceph21 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and validity period will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.3 niceph21 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to active wagering will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
5.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or the use of automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
5.5 niceph21 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any particular promotion.
6.1 All bets placed on the niceph21 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are available within each game or market and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. niceph21 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

8.3 Any unauthorised use of niceph21's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11.2 niceph21's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 niceph21 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 You may close your niceph21 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
12.2 niceph21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.3 Upon termination for breach, niceph21 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, balances derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 niceph21 operates in alignment with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory matters shall be addressed in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable rules and procedures.
13.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.1 niceph21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
